Zerto is probably something we will look at work to address a requirement we have for our IaaS clients.

Zerto’s has a hypervisor-based replication solution which enables alignment of your Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plan with your IT strategy. For me its main value-add is the ability to replicate between vCloud Director and vCloud Director, something we struggle to do using the native VMware tools.
